How to Apply

Step-by-Step Admission Procedure

Follow these 4 simple steps to complete your enrollment at Areej Institute.

Submit Application

Fill out the online application form or obtain the prospectus form directly from our Swabi campus admissions desk.

Document Verification

Submit attested academic certificates (SSC, HSSC/FSc), CNIC/B-Form, domicile, and recent passport-sized photographs.

Test & Interview

Appear for the entrance evaluation test and departmental interview with the admission committee.

Merit & Enrollment

Check the finalized merit list, deposit the semester dues, and collect your official student ID card and roll number.

Eligibility & Requirements

Academic Eligibility Criteria

Review the prerequisite qualifications for admission into each degree, diploma, or certificate program.

Faculty of Nursing & Midwifery

Recognized by Pakistan Nursing & Midwifery Council (PNMC)

BS Nursing (Generic) 4 Years

FSc (Pre-Medical) with minimum 50% marks (Physics, Chemistry & Biology). Age limit: 14–35 years. Open to both male and female applicants.

Post-RN BSN 2 Years

Diploma in General Nursing (3 Years) + Diploma in Midwifery/Speciality with active PNMC registration and minimum 1 year clinical experience.

CNA & Lady Health Visitor (LHV) 2 Years

Matriculation with Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics) with minimum 45% aggregate marks from a recognized board.

Faculty of Allied Health & IT

Clinical Diagnostic Technologies & Computing Wing

BS Allied Health Sciences 4 Years

FSc (Pre-Medical) with minimum 50% marks for Dental Technology, Radiology Technology, Cardiology Technology, and MLT.

BS Information Technology (BSIT) 4 Years

FSc (Pre-Engineering / ICS / Pre-Medical) or FA with Mathematics with minimum 50% marks from a recognized board.

IT Diplomas & Digital Marketing 6-12 Months

Matriculation or Intermediate in any discipline with basic computing enthusiasm and digital career orientation.
